The 6-member strong partnership is composed of a company with a network of experts conducting research and providing policy advice, who can perform analysis and monitoring of skills needs and skills gaps in several educational, cultural and economic sectors to inform educational policy and pilot tools for inclusion of marginalised groups. The partnership was formed through a systematic process of developing collaborations for small initiatives at national and EU level. The partners were chosen based on their expertise and relevance to the project objectives and anticipated outputs. It was also significant to acknowledge the potential for reaching the target audience, through a strong network of affiliations, which the partners were able to exhibit to the coordinating team. In this sense, the dynamic relationships of each organisation at a local level, were considered crucial, towards the decision to be part of the CHERISHED project.
